Technology  is dynamic , more so the mobile space in which we are invested. This means that we are under constant tension and flux in our labs building, breaking and testing things both for in-house products and commissioned client projects.

Although we love to hear from the public  regarding our existing products and services, Symbiotic (including its affiliated entities) have policies that do not allow us to accept or consider any unsolicited ideas, suggestions, proposals, comments or materials to us, including ideas for new or improved products, processes or technologies, product enhancements, advertising and marketing campaigns, promotions or new product names collectively called (“ Submissions”). Please do not send any original materials, suggestions or other items in this regard.

We have a formal process of engagement that helps us extract, fully leverage and monetize any concepts, ideas, products and services that we apply our collective minds to here at Symbiotic, as ourselves or in collaboration with our clients and partners.

The purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes if and when Symbiotic, its affiliated entities and in certain instances commissioned work  products or marketing efforts might seem similar to ideas submitted. If, despite our request not to send us your ideas or materials, you still do, then regardless of what your communication states, the following terms noted below shall apply to your idea or other related submissions.
