The visualization arm of Symbiotic Media is an information design consultancy that collaborates with companies to create understanding. The typical scenario with most IT projects is that they remain just that – a whole lot of IT and jargon that the end-user is always at pains to see.

At the end of the day, technology that has no users is dead and useless. The value proposition must be communicated to the desired end user in a way that makes them understand the workings of the technology and the direct benefit to them. If this is not communicated most projects end up with poor uptake in usage as adoption is seen as being forced with no personal value given.
